Kathy Weaver has been a full Notary since 2001 and provides a full gambit of services. An issuing agent for the state of Pennsylvania, she can do temporary tags, plates, and standard services, all at competitive prices. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 1PM.
